Teapots are an easy way to brew your tea. When the tea saint, Lu Yu, first experimented with the best ways to prepare tea, he used a Chaozhou teapot, which was a clay teapot on top of a charcoal heated clay stove. Today we offer many types of teapots made from many different materials, each having their benefits. Kyusu, or side pour teapots, are a style that developed out of Japan. Some people like to use glass to see their tea as it brews, whereas others prefer a more decorative DeHua or Jingdezhen ceramic.
